1. No past "dibs" count. We've had several friends walk through our house and mention something they are interested in. We want to make it fair, so this is a first-come, first-served game. Best of luck!
2. Hawthorne friends and family only. Feel free to pass the list on to others, but items will go only to names we know personally - if your cousin wants our coffee table, please claim it for him.
3. Pickup days are Friday and Saturday, August 22 and 23. If you're unable to pick up your item(s) on those days, please arrange for someone else to do it or let us know so we can move to the next person on the list. We're moving everything else to storage on the 24th, so everything must go! Cash or check is fine.
4. If you claim it, you bought it. We're under the gun to get things wrapped up and move out of our house, so please don't claim something and then back out.

* There is an "Archive" listing immediately below these tips - scan it for items to see at a glance what's available.
* Even if an item is claimed, feel free to leave your name. If the original claimant is disqualified (see Rules) or backs out (grrr!), you may end up in the #1 spot.
